After you submit your order to dotPhoto, processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Shipping times only apply from date of ship.

Shipment via standard US mail, typically takes between 3 to 5 business days to reach your mailbox within the continental United States. For orders that require faster delivery times, you have the option to have it delivered overnight. Overnight deliveries arrive by 4:30 pm the next business day following order processing. Second day will arrive on the second business day after date of ship.

NOTE- Overnight shipping is not available on international orders. Rural areas are not guaranteed for next day service. Overnight delivery will not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.

Gift and poster shipping charges vary, depending on items and quantities ordered. Final shipping charges will be available at the time of purchase.

How do I purchase items on dotPhoto.com?

All orders on dotPhoto are paid for by credit card. If there is a problem with an order and a credit is called for, the charges will be credited back to the original card that paid for the order. If you are a photographer selling your photos on site and a customer of yours has an issue that results in a credit, the return will be charged back against your total sales for that month.
